I've done the pitch and developed the light streaks setup in Cinema 4D. All aspects of modelling, texturing, shading, animation and precomp were my part as well. The final AFX compositing was done by Helge Kiehl.
As this was a one 3Dman job, I was responsible for modelling, texturing, shading and animation. The AFX compositing was done by Sebastian Spitze.
